OIC Property Group
OIC Property Group is an Australian boutique property development and development-management company. It specialises in helping landowners and property buyers unlock the value of their property through strategic property development — turning blocks of land or existing homes into higher-value assets.
OIC Property Group reached out to refresh their visual presence, including both a new website and a rebrand. The goal was to create a professional, trustworthy look for their property development business while keeping the identity youthful and approachable.
During the design process, I shaped a distinct visual identity while respecting the brand’s existing dark green colour and maintaining consistency with the sister company, OIC Design Studio, through shared typography, logo logic, buttons design and neutral part of the color palette.
