I assisted the Futur/io Institute with a comprehensive design modernisation — refreshing their visual identity and digital presence while retaining their existing logo and core brand colours. The redesign focused on modern layouts with generous whitespace, bold typography, and a refined visual system that reflects Futur/io’s forward‑thinking mission.

What Was Included:
- Website redesign and development
- Rebranding of visual elements
- Presentation templates
- Social media graphics
- Printed materials
- Guidelines for video editing and brand usage
- Additional custom assets
All touchpoints were updated to create a cohesive and elevated brand experience.

The previous website did not clearly communicate the company’s purpose. It was difficult for users to understand who the organisation was for and what it offered. There were hundreds of outdated or duplicated pages, making navigation confusing and maintaining the site costly and time‑consuming. Additionally, the site suffered from slow loading speeds and SEO issues, and the backend was difficult for the team to edit.

I started by analysing the organisation’s goals and audience. Then I reorganised the website structure to be:
- easier to understand for users
- easier to manage for the internal team
- optimised for performance and SEO
This included removing unnecessary pages and reducing the total page count from hundreds to around 25 unique pages.

The 1st iteration release
- Maintenance costs reduced by approximately 20×
- Page performance significantly improved
- Redirects and SEO settings properly configured
- Clients and visitors now find the information they need easily
- The refreshed look and feel aligns with Futur/io’s mission of shaping desirable futures
The updated brand presence is trustworthy and modern, which better reflects the institution’s goals and values.

Event Page
The event page is one of the most important sections of the website, so I gave it special attention. It includes detailed information about the topics, venue, speakers, agenda, and more.
A key feature is the multi-day agenda, which presents comprehensive information about timing, speakers, topics, and session details. I incorporated additional visuals, photos, and sponsor logos to help attendees navigate between locations and sessions. Despite the large amount of information, the layout is visually pleasing, well-structured, and easy to understand, ensuring users can quickly find the details they need without feeling overwhelmed. See it live here.
The Podcast
I also designed the sub-branding for the CSO Impact Podcast produced by Futur/io. This included the logo, various graphic assets, and the podcast webpage.

I also created visual assets beyond the website — from custom presentations and social media content to promo items and interactive installation.

The company and its clients are happy with the new, refreshed look and feel that is trustworthy and more aligned with the mission of thriving for Desirable Futures - the website of the future oriented company can not live in the past.
